Tim Hortons

My husband and I were in the Aylmer Ontario Tim’s off Highway 3 and we used the washrooms. There was no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. I looked in both stalls in the women’s and my husband checked the men’s and the family one. We had to use Kleenex we had with us. The soap was not in the dispenser when I tried to use it it spurted all over me. The washrooms were a disgrace not clean at all. I told them and they said they would take care of it I just wondered how it could get that bad without someone complaining before me.

The young lady at the fronts name was Amber. She did a great job and was running around like crazy. There were 4 other people in the store and no one helping the front. It took forever and when we finally got served there were maybe 3 bagels. No bacon. Minimal products ready. This was ridiculous for 630pm. What a waste of time. I will not stop at this location again. It's not worth the time just to be disappointed and still hungry.

This morning our family went to the Aylmer Tim Hortons for breakfast before heading on our family vacation. We waited in line only to be told "sorry we only have 1 egg left". I was shocked that on a Saturday morning there would be no eggs?! Then I was offered bacon and sausage sandwiches and we were all hungry so I said "sure". Then I'm told "actually we have no bacon either". We left with nothing because that is pretty much what our options were. Hopefully you can make this right. Ridiculous. Weren't offered anything, including an apology. Disappointed and this isn't the first time this has happened.
