On Tuesday, August 31st at 6.40 PM (Approx) I ordered a bacon potato soup regular size from the Tim Horton's at Vancouver Int'l Airport. We said goodbye to our son who was leaving for Halifax, NS. On the way home I started to feel unwell. I could not eat dinner when we stopped off on the way home and ended the evening vomiting up all the soup at around 10.30 - 11>00 PM. uncontrollable body shakes ensued with all the classic symptoms of food poisoning. The reason I am letting you know is not for a refund, but for awareness that if I had been a passenger on a plane that evening it would have been awful. Had the soup been on too long?.. It did not seem hot enough? I just do not want this to happen to anyone else. At least I was not travelling on a plane. Many thanks for taking action to review this, especially in light of our covid reality.
Desired outcome: Awareness - A review of protocols around soup at outlet - Had it been on too long?
