The Brick - King and state

I bought a dishwasher aug 2019. Within weeks we where having issues with it. Well we had to deal with samsung as it was still under the manufactures warranty (and you guys would note replace it under then lemon law). Long story short 6 time they where here. Told me to replace something on the water line and electrical. I kept asking them to replace/fix the issue and they "never had the parts with them" even when I said if its not warranty I would pay for it. Well they didn't replace/fix what was wrong they just [censored]ed the whole time it was "done wrong" I told them to keep the water turned off as if they turned it on my dishwasher would still leak. They agreed and with this and said they would keep it off. Well my husband takes dishwasher out to replace this part removes the part off the water line and leaves the house. Only to come back to our downstairs flooded. So I said f* it and I would deal with the broken dish washer in a year when my extended warranty kick in. Well king and state is a joke! I called middle of aug 2020... I am still waiting. They want to send the same people out samsung sent that caused 9000 damage to my house. Now I am just getting the run around. They will send peace appliances, fine ok... Week goes by nothing life happens so I cant call. Another week goes by king and state calls and says "oh they got to us and said it was a wiring issues". No one called! Roblex the people who caused all this damage in my house (which king and state is aware of and know this company is not alound to step foot in me house) told king and state that it is a "wirring issue" my dishwasher has had everything done that roblex kept complaining about but refused to fix. So now king and state said totem appliances would contact me... Well another week goes by. Sept 22 I was told id get a call within the next few days... Now it is sept 29 I have been trying to get ahold of king and state since 3:19pm... It is now 5:09pm. I have made 12 calls and every one gets hung up on after ten minutes on hold. This is ridiculus! 1 year and 1 month after buying a dishwasher that I have used for maybe 2 months this last year! You guys wouldn't replace it after 2 weeks of buying it saying it didn't fall in the lemon law. I now have a 500 paper wait! Why! Why the hell do you guys use king and state! I have spent so much money at the brick cause of your warranty's. Then you have to go and screw it up. I am beyond pissed off. 13 times I have had to recall them 13 times now.

[protected] id love to talk to a person over this whole thing. I think I have gone through enough with regards to this dishwasher. You as the sellers need to consider using a better warranty company. I have not read one good thing about king and state. And even on your won page! The fact that it has a 1 star rating with over 700 reviews. Makes me wondering why the company is not taking action to fix the problem... Which is clearly your warranty company.

The Brick - defective furniture repair hasn’t been fixed

I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life. We chose to spend Thousands of dollars at the brick in fort st John, bc. My chairs are breaking, the color on one of my chairs is coming off. I called in a claim on October 16, 2018 ID3756530. I was told I would get a call back. 11/26/18 I called and no one called back. 10/23/18 no call back, 10/30/18 finally was told it was in progress. November 15, 2018 Derek from new creations came and looked at the furniture. He said they would need to replace the under carriages on both recliners and the leather on one chair as well. They said the parts were on order by the brick. I have called asking to speak to the manager at the fort St. John, bc and a woman said she wouldn't be in until noon (I forget her name). I called the next day asking for the manager and the [censored]en woman who said the manger wasn't in answer as the manager. Now I am being lied too. This is disgusting. I called again on March 26/2019 to see what was going on. No one called back. Today it is April 5, 2019 and I have yet to hear anything about the repairs etc. You can't tell me it take six months to order parts and have someone fix our issues. I find this hard to believe that this is how you want the company to be run or deal with clients. There has been absolutely no communication with me.

I would like this to be fixed or my money back in full. When we purchased this furniture we also bought our stove, fridge, bedroom suite as well.
