Hi, it seems forever since you launched the Optimum Rewards Points accumulation and the the acceptance of typing in your phone number at the pump at teh below station has not worked...inputing our main number which has be confirmed as the right number by Optimum.
Then you go inside, wait in a line and mention it to the staff...and then they say it has never worked? They look at me like they don't care...of course the staff at this station and store are not the sharpest tacks in the bunch...
I make a big deal that they should...but they don't and it has been months! It is a waste of my time to do this...
I will be bringing's this also to the attntion of the Optimum Rewards program people..and the Advertising Board of BC as this is just false advertising as you say that it works.
Maybe you can light a fire to get this option working.
