2017 there was a factory recall on my 2003 Dodge Ram 3500. When I got my truck back my dashboard was broken, it had not been broken before. The dealership Carter Dodge Chrysler said it was not their fault. The technician said he would fix it tho. This was a lie! I have been back and forth with them for ever now and it has not been resolved. My truck has now been deemed unsafe by ICBC for a passenger. I bought this truck brand new from Coquitlam Chrysler and I am the only owner. I need this resolved, can you please help me
