Pizza 73

On November 29, 2020 I ordered Pizza online at the location 34 southridge drive. When I went down there for my pickup around 11:15pm the location was closed while it says open till 12:00 am. I waited there and knock the door. Finally I called the same online number to fix my situation as I was damn hungry but the guy told me to give a $5 credit on next order. Ridiculous, how that $5 suppose to help me when I wasted an hour include to place the order and waited to go down there for pickup. Dude if u guys really want to help deliver at home. But the customer service guy said you have to pay for delivery if u want to get it delivered. Awful and disgusting customer service. Why would I come back where the people argued with me for there own mistake. Thank to mcd that helped me to feed after a hopeless feeling from so called customer service from pizza 73
