Visions intentionally misleads customers - don't honour their return or price matching policies which they use to close a sale. Manager (David Guthoerl) ordered wrong $400 stands to go w/our expensive KEF speakers (manufacturer confirmed this via email). Refused to allow a return (told us to try to resell them online). Refused to match competitors price to exchange.
We trusted him to help us pick our $2.7K turntable and speakers as he held himself out to be expert in turntable and speaker sales. When we said we'd think about our options and go away to check prices, he told us that Visions would beat any competitor's lowest price by 15% for 60 days after our order and that they had a return policy if we weren't happy. None of this turned out to be true - when we tried to return or exchange the wrong stands that he ordered Visions explained that our sale was deemed a "special order" and was exempt.
During COVID, we made a commitment to buy local but after this experience, we should have ordered online from Amazon who actually has a return policy. Visions needs to be held accountable for false advertising.
