Once again, I got the wrong order at this location. This is an ongoing problem. I stop there Mon-Friday mornings at approximately 4:30 am and at least once a week, I get the wrong order. This morning, I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Tea latte. I got a coffee one. I then went back and all I got was a Pumpkin Spice tea bag with water. I was charged 2.39 for the Latte when in fact I received a regular Spice Tea. The Gentleman working there did not have a clue how to make it. He kept insisting that it was for coffee only and required a Expresso shot. The morning staff there are pretty incompetent. I have spoken with the Manager at this location but she didn't seem to concerned. I am very frustrated.
