**never ever order from this company**
The worst customer service, the nastiest service representatives, and terrible business ethics! They sell things and charge your card before they even have them in stock! We ordered an expensive bracelet set from them and even did 2-day rush delivery to guarantee it would be here before the holiday. After waiting 5 days it just never came so we decided to look into where they could be! Once we couldn't track the package online, we looked at our account and saw that they just refunded our money and never even told us! We had to call them and all they could say was that they didn't have it in stock and wouldn't know when they would again so they canceld the transaction and refunded our money! We said okay but were annoyed they didn't have the decency to tell us they werent coming, so that day we ordered it from another website and got them within the week. Then we looked at our account a few days later and yourwdw. com had just charged our account again for the item because they got them in! We never authorized the second transaction after they canceled the original one and refunded our money! We called to question and explain and all we got was this nasty woman on the phone who was entirely unaccommodating and wanted to charge us a 25% restocking fee and not refund the $30 rush shipping after they just ran a new transaction without consulting us! All we've gotten since is nasty emails after we put a dispute in with our account for the transaction and they are nothing but rude and awful!
