Hello! I also was scammed majorly by her and I have a lawyer. I didn't realize the scope of what she is doing and I really want to be able to get in contact with some of you so we can have a class action against this ### and put her smug ### in jail where she belongs - for fraud. How can I get in touch with the people on this thread?

She took $100 from me for pictures of my grandaughter in 2007, never got the pictures and never got my money back...

She is still out there scamming folks. Get rid of this pest, please.

Is anyone still active in trying to sue this cold-hearted woman and man? I'd like to get on board, my family lives in MI and I'll dedicate the time to nail them. Please reply to this post if you've had any contact with Sam Lerner or Nathan Boisclair, they withheld my pictures, charged me over 5K for my wedding 'album' and never sent them to me. I'll spend the next 5 years of my life finding these two and getting everyone on this complaint board their hard-earned money back and ensure these two see their day in court for what they are doing to people. Say what you will, but both of them deserve to be behind bars! -Xen Hater!

The post by ConcernedinTexas is the same Samantha Lerner that these complaints are about.
She moved to Texas, couldn't make it after a month or so, and is now back in the Flint/Grand Blanc area.
Again, do not give this girl any money, you will regret it later.

They both do drugs and don't pay bills.
Been evicted many times in Grand Blanc, Burton, Davison.
Every single place that they've lived, they've been evicted.
Look it up on the web; 67th District Court. she has quite the number of court cases. Never shows up, always loses.
I personally would not trust either one with anything, ever again.
I am currently paying her Student Loan payment, as I an the cosigner, and she quit school and never paid a dime.

Please post your email address and I will communicate with you to come to a resolution. It is not my intentions to withhold any pictures that have been paid for and I will make every attempt to correct your situation.

Unfortunately there is no way to prove that there are people on here that are simply upset with me because of how there relations with me did not go as planed so they are using this outlet in an attempt to smear my name. Although Xen Studio is no longer in business it is not because I am trying to hide anything and there are dozens of happy clients that have amazing photos and they have nothing but good things to say about me.

For anyone reading these complaints- I advise you to stay far away from Samantha Lerner and Nathan Boisclair- they are thieves, liars, and scam artists and I am in the process right now of filing a law suit to try and recoup some of the money that is owed to me.
I see that she she still has her photography business and although she is a good photographer, she has no ethics whatsoever, so you should use caution when commissioning her for any service at all.
She is constantly changing her photography name due to her bad reputation.
