We saw Puppy store and decided to stop in and look at the puppies. My daughter fell in love with a puppy and they said it was a breed that has been around for a while, (unfortunately for us, no one has ever heard of it). She said it was a designer dog called a baby hippo, or a bar shar. Well those two names refer only to a sharpei and a Bassett Hound mix...

The Puppy Experience Refund

Really I got the Full Refund for $1287.21 ? True I did get a free puppy because I fought tooth and nail and ended up filing a Police Report and Court Case just to get the free puppy that I already paid for. Word of mouth is the best business, anybody can look up the case regarding my complaint and it will state there was no refund and show a written statement for a Golden Ret. In addition, where is my Full Refund $1287.21 that you mentioned in your response? If you state the following, "Puppy Experience strives to give their customers the best puppy experience and customer service." Than why not do the right thing and give me the refund that you stated in your response?

"Greg Levine is not an owner of Puppy Experience nor employed at this store.

Trisha Pipinski has been given a full refund and a free dog for the inconvenience she had in ordering a puppy.

Puppy Experience strives to give their customers the best puppy experience and customer service. Unfortunately, situations arise that do require extra attention and Puppy Experience will always do its best to please their customers."

File a protest with you credit card company and they will refund the chage to your card.

They truly are a horribly dishonest people .They are attempting to eun the same scam on me
I also will sue them and pursue the matter till they refund our monies
