Surplusdecor.com Scam

Would never order from this company again. I canceled an order which was paid through pay pal. They said they would reimburse my pay pal account within 10 days. I then received a communication to say they had changed their policy and all refunds are now made by check. I received a check which was sent back unpaid. I now have to dispute this through my credit card company.

Surplusdecor.com Purchased a faucet from these people and have gotten a complete run around about returning it

Purchased a faucet from these people and have gotten a complete run around about returning it. My plumber discovered the hot water line did not work so when I called to get a authorization for return merchandise number and they said I had to deal with the manufacturer.

I am within 30 days purchase. Every other internet company I do business with can't wait to write your credit and keep your business especially with a defective product. You'd never get this terrible treatment from Amazon.

Please save yourself some hassle and don't buy from this supplier in the frist place and avoid customer service hassels in the future.

I ordered a kitchen sink from Design Surplus on May 28, paying via Google. I tried to cancel the order on May 29 and May 30.I spoke to Design Surplus and Fed Ex, asking that the order be canceled. There was an acceptance of my request. To date I have not received notice that the order was canceled and I haven't received a sink. Where to turn now? I can't remember the brand name for the sink.

I purchased 2 sinks from SurplusDecor.com on August 1, 2011. When they arrived the didn't fit the need. I called and arranged for a return. I sent sinks back via FedEx ($83.75) as instructed - they received sinks back on August 17. I was told that authorization for refund was provided on 8/30. This is now 9/21 and no check. Efforts to reach the company via telephone or email have proven unsuccessful.

Bought an item which was shipped promptly. When I unpacked the box, parts were missing. SurplusDecor.com has ignored every request to correct the problem. They asked me to contact the manufacturer which I did but the manufacturer couldn't do anything. Now I have a $400 paperweight that will cost even more money to return. Don't buy from this place if you're looking for decent customer service.

Surplusdecor.com sold item as "new." Item received had clearly been "used." Requested an exchange figuring it was just an error. After weeks of unreturned emails, telephone calls and promised exchange; Surplusdecor.com denied exchange.
