Club Melia reviews and complaints

When I attended the sales pitch, they promised everything I was looking for. I purchased the club package for $28, 000.00 in Paradisus Palma Real and only when I got back to the states and tried to use an incentive week did the real horror show start. I found out they lied about everything. The incentive weeks they gave are practically worthless. The coupons for all inclusive expired, even though they told me the expiration date was the date I needed to book by. The resorts I want to go to have "gold" periods, "platinum" periods and so many other restrictions that its less stressful to just give up!
I emailed them once I realized how duplicitous they were to cancel the contract but they refused. Now I'm stuck paying over $30, 000.00 for garbage. How can they get away with such disgusting business practice!
