Tactics employed 1. Misrepresentation and misguide on promise of H1B application 2. Tremendous harassment to get the security deposit back 3. Do not respond to many calls / emails once payment is made 4. Cryptic and selective communication to avoid certain written records 5. They refuse d to provide email or phone number for managers

Hello everyone, It's a fraudulent company. Never pays your refund back. Never lose 5000 $ and suffer like me. Uscis should take action. I've invoice with me. I paid 5000 $ in the month of February 2014 and promised my refund in the month of February 2015 as my case is not selected in the lottery. Hr department is even worse they all handle aggressively and people in refund department change there names and cheat us.
