Hi I'm marina selma ofw from kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I send my money last September 4 2022 to your bank but suddenly the bank of my husband has change the system. Due to that changes my money has not claim, I want to transfer into remittance same name, same receiver, same sender. My employer has not to come because she already 75yr old and she already wheelchair.

I have multiple unauthorized charges from my bank account via debit card mostly paying to APPLE.COM/BILL,ITUNES.COM,IRELAND and via my credit card to an UNKNOWN party.

I am pretty sure that those transactions were not coming from me as I never had any paid apps in my phone.

As I'm sending this complaint, there are still attempts to deduct money from my bank account.

Regarding my credit card, there were to many successful attempts by this unknown party and I have decided to cancel my credit card for now.

I did go to the bank to get information as well as solution for my problem but the staff doesn't seemed helpful enough.

I have been asked to go to various department and still no action has been done.

there was an authorized debit of Sr14894.26 from my account towards my credit card that i did not authorize, i don’t owe such amount on my credit card that is due today, This is no joke, thats a lot of money which should have not deducted because you said i took out 15K twice from my credit card where I only have a 5K credit limit how will thay happen? when you will not allow any transaction pass the card limit

I attached the proof of deduction as well as the transaction i made with STC pay stating i put 15K once after i paid 15K on my card

Dear Sir,

On 16th January 2022, there was a transaction of ticket refund money from Saudi Airlines . The amount to be refunded was SR.525.

Now it is more than a month , and did not receive any refunded money into the account. Kindly solve this matter, as every time calling to customer service but no use . Till now there is no solution to this problem.

Every time call the Saudi Airlines , they say that contact the bank as we have already refunded the money on 16th January 2022 and the amount is SR.525.

Kindly solve this matter as there is no idea where the money has gone ?

She is an accountant in Riyadh City. This day, 12-20-21. I will get my credit card but she accommodates the person after my number and the Saudi national without a number. I am in hurry this time because I am living at exit 5 and my transportation will leave sooner. Even She told me that there's no available credit card while I received a message and call from ANB that my card is ready and approved and I can get it anytime. Dear sir, I would to inform you that, here in sihat telemony branch is really not supportive with customers, this is my 3rd visit, they just Keep waiting outside the Bank hours, I was using telemony since 2011 u can check history before it was nice service but since the representative not good and not experienced we stopped using it. So please consider. And advice them to behave nicely with customers, security to managers all misbehaving with us. If you don't take action we'll not use telemony anymore. Thanks

It is now nearly 3 months since I got my car changed in my name but I am still waiting for my original car key from the bank. I did lots and lots of calls but no use at-all and then visited your branch (auto lease) Jeddah many times and thru the customer support desk staff given a request for the key to head office also.

It is again 2 months now but the same old story only. Calling your customer service number is simply useless for most of the time.

At the end, could you please tell me, usually how many months/years you take to hand-over the second key (even after paying all the money and receiving the car Estimara under the customer name as well).

If it usually takes lots of months or years, then at-least I can have a peace of mind so that I don't need to follow-it up every day/week/month etc.

On 08-03-2021, i visited yourbranch in MECCA very bad rrsponse from ykur security and your cashier. They should be trained on customer care and communication. Their words are rude and this bring a negative impact on your company brand.

I made a telemoney transaction via my salary card on 27th April of 2020. It was an amount of SAR 2200. It has not sent yet to my payee's account which is in Sri Lanka. But that amount was removed from my account which is in Riyadh Bank. And also in the ATM slip it shows status as declined.
I'm complaining from month of June 2020 to till date.
In samaCare also complained about Riyad bank. But it seems it's not Riyadh Bank's fault. My last hope is yours bank only.
Please be kind enough to settle my amount back.

I just withdraw from your atm machine here in the ground floor of Specialized Medical Center 2 at King abdullad road and one 500 sr bill is damaged. Please change this one because I think they will not accept this if I'm gonna use it to pay something. I attached here the photo of the said money.

This bank is deducting money from my atm without recording the money they are taking the last amount was 13,596sr when they deduct my salary of 1,133 the amount stated and shown is not changed maybe they are thinking I'm not checking my online account so they want to steal from me. I have been banking on this cheating bank for almost 15 years yet still trying to fool me
