Bvlgari WatchesCheap quality, bad service!

I bought a brand new BVLGARI watch model: BB from the BVL Emirates Towers branch in Dubai, UAE on the 30th of May. After few days, watch started producing loud ticking sounds then other funny sounds when it stopped working at all. I took it to Bvlgari MOE branch in Dubai to get it fixed on the 10th of June (10 days after I bought it) and until today (27th of June) the watch is in the workshop unfixed. No one wants to tell me what’s wrong with my watch, all they say it that it will take a long time to get fixed!!! I told them I will be traveling on vacation and I will need to have the watch with me, that’s why I bought it in the first place, but no response!!!

This is not acceptable from a luxury brand like Bvlgari!!! What quality are they selling to their customers for a brand new watch costing ($3500) to be taken into the workshop 10 days after the date of purchase?!! I am very angry for what Bvlgari did to me, I feel I am robbed and abused!!!

    I was happy purchasing these expensive Gold plated limited edition frames.

    Unfortunately the legs keep breaking my hair! So is this the price I pay for choosing Bvlgari ..

    Pls let me know if you can fix or replace.

    Bought a Bulgari watch in Homg Kong at their boutique. In Peninsula hotel in March2016. Never worked properly and have taken it back in Toronto 3!times. They said there was no thing wrong with it but it kept stopping so they told me to being it in. Now tell me it will take 3MONTHS to fix! Unacceptable and ridiculous!

    I made a similiar experience with Bulgari repair service. My Diagono watch got a shock and I brought it to an authorized dealer in Spain. They said it will take 6-8 weeks. After 2-3 weeks I got the quote for the repair of 540 EUR and gave authorization for the repair. They said it will take 4-6 weeks until I will get it back. After 3 month I called again and was told that they are waiting for a piece that was missing and has to come from Switzerland. Bottom line: It took almost five month and plenty of phone calls and emails until I got my watch back. Meanwhile and to keep me calm they promised me a compensation from Bulgari Switzerland. When asking for the compensation I got a discount of 50 EUR of the repair price... ;-)
    My last Bulgari watch despite the beautiful and timeless design...

    Wait for my comments!! I've been promised a quotation within three weeks and it's more than a month now!!! Hopeless people! my watch cost around usd20k!!!

    I bought the B.ZERO1 1-band ring in 18kt white gold from Bulgari in Villagio, Qatar. I am DISSAPPOINTED! after two weeks yellow blotches appeared on the edges of the ring! And I made sure to take extra care of it and take it off when exposed to water. So i went back to the store yesterday and the sales ppl didnt take even look at the ring! They just said oh there is no such thing called white gold ofcourse its gonna become yellow after time..etc. I am not stupid! I know white gold will eventually turn yellow just not after TWO WEEKS!!! My previous ring was a $100 white gold wedding band that lasted a whole year before yellowing! When i said this the sales ppl were like well here your buying the name and prestige of bulgari SO BULGARI HAS NO QUALITY?!?! So I wanted to exchange with the yellow gold but they have a one week policy, I wanted my $1370 back but nooo they suggest to POLISH it?? SHAME ON YOU BULGARI!

    Did you finally get your watch fix? The same thing is happening to me.. all I hear from them is that it will take a long long time to fix... how long, well could be two weeks, or more.. when the two weeks come by, then it is another two weeks... really frustrating.
