Just another money grab. It takes advantage of people/companies who must have the report to file an insurance claim.

So far I've found it useless. Insurance is waiting to handle the claim, but because I get get the report yet, were having problems. It would be much easier to go by the station to get it. Really putting us in a bind. Not happy at all.

This website can be very helpful for finding police reports. The only reason I gave it three stars is because I know that some other people in my office have had some issues with the site. The site would definitely be improved if there were even more search options.

Buycrash is the easiest way to obtain accident reports, especially when you have to pull 3 to 4 a week. I don't really understand the negative reviews. The only bad thing that I can say is that if you do not enter the information required or it is not 100% correct, you will not get a report, but for security, I suppose this is necessary.

Had accident; not at fault. Trooper gave me a slip of paper telling me I could get accident report in 7 to 10 days. He did not say that I would have to pay for it. Entered information at site and paid for emailed report. It cost me $10 for a report that should have been available through police for free. He had a computer in the car and must have filed his report using it. Why not send it to me as soon as superiors OK'd report? I am still waiting for report even though my adjuster received the report yesterday. The fact that this is nationwide problem seem to me to be cause for a class action response to this scam.

So, I was trying to use this website called BuyCrash to get some information about a car accident that happened near my house. But, when I went to the site, nothing showed up. I tried a few times, but still nothing. I was getting pretty frustrated, so I decided to call their customer service number.

After waiting on hold for what felt like forever, I finally got through to someone. But, they didn't sound like they were from around here. I could tell they were having a hard time understanding me, and I was having a hard time understanding them too. It was pretty frustrating.

Eventually, they told me that the site wasn't able to help me with what I was looking for. I was pretty disappointed, but at least they were honest with me. I wish I could have gotten the information I needed, but I guess it just wasn't meant to be.

Overall, my experience with BuyCrash was pretty frustrating. I wish the site had worked properly, and I wish the customer service had been more helpful. But, I guess that's just how it goes sometimes.

So, I had a bit of a situation last week when one of my drivers got into a bit of a fender bender in Wilton, CT. All in all, I wouldn't recommend using BuyCrash if you can avoid it. There are plenty of other ways to get the information you need without having to pay through the nose for it. So save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

I had a car accident on December 9th, 2017 and I'm still waiting to hear back from BuyCrash. My car is in storage and I'm being charged $50 a day. It's now January 4th, 2018 and I still haven't received a report. It's a shame that New Jersey sold their soul for a buck from this company. They should be ashamed of themselves for selling out on their people. I was foolish to trust the trooper and should have gotten the names and phone numbers of everyone involved myself. BuyCrash, you should be ashamed of what you do.

I clicked on the "add to cart" option, but unfortunately, I wasn't an existing customer, and there was no option for a one-time use. I tried again to register, but it couldn't find my report.
