I have submitted several emails about wanting a refund of my money as I was told the product I ordered was on backorder, after three weeks of waiting without any notice, I have requested a refund. I have not heard from this company, and will next go to the Better Business Bureau for further investigating of this company! I just want my 15 dollars back! Order#3417!!!

    I purchased 8 tags from this company in May 2018. I have yet to receive them. I have had one email from them, but I still have no product. I cannot call and leave a message, as the voicemail is full. They have ignored my request for the items, or a refund. Horrible customer service and experience. I will be contacting the BBB.
