Bullrun Flag & Embroidery - Dog collar 3 months / never received

Empty promises and lies from bullrun flag & embroidery! Their website states 8 weeks for delivery and it's been over 3 months since I ordered. When I called, the guy sounded out of it. He was able to look up my order, but said 3 more weeks. We need more time. I gave time, I sent emails. The potential for the business to prosper would have been great if they fulfilled their orders. They will crash and burn because of the inaccuracies, lack of customer service, and stealing people's money. Do not buy from bullrun flag!

Bullrun Flag & Embroidery - Did not receive my order

I ordered on Dec 31st and the website I would receive by Jan 8th. My son is coming home from the Marines for the first time since enlisting and I wanted to proudly display our US Flag and US Marine Corp Banner for his homecoming. I have yet to receive my order and my son is home today. Bull run has a phone number listed but they do not answer during their stated business hours. The tracking number doesn't give any info so I emailed them and the reply I received was being told custom orders take longer. Their website says the Marine banner is something they have in bulk and the US Flag is not custom. IT IS A US FLAG! No extra stars or stripes! What a disappointment! Their prices attract people but there is no follow through on the order. And don't believe the reviews on their own website. Buyer Beware!

They should call this company [censored] Flag & Embroidery.
Placed an order. They confirmed the order then nothing.
No update, no shipment, no response to Inquiry to Customer Service.
I used my Amex, so I just called them and told them to block the charge.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
You are wasting your time and money.
Companies like this make money from stiffing Customers because it is a small charge
and most people don't want to go through the hassle.

Where is my order ? You took my money a week ago and not even an email .

I ordered last week and they took the money that same morning . I ordered a hat and they were supposed to send an email when shipped . It's been a week and I have heard nothing . By law they aren't allowed to take your money until they ship the product but they did and I have received nothing . If I don't hear today from them I'm calling my bank and reporting the money stolen . Now I see all of these complaints where people did not receive their orders after paying and no response from the company . I'll just tell the bank they had no authorization to use my card .
