This hotel was disgusting. It didn't look anything like the pictures advertised online. First of all, when you get there you can't walk into a lobby. It's a window on the outside for check-in. They said no refunds but it's not until you step inside the dirty room that you want one. I saw a roach, the tub had mildew around it and the chair in the room looked like someone was shot in it. When I left and asked for a refund they said no, although I had paid for six days. This motel shouldn't even be allowed on Priceline or other platforms. It is so nasty.
Desired outcome: I want my money back. I paid $338 and they wouldn't give it back. They tell you this before you go see the nasty <span class="replace-code" title="This information is only accessible to verified representatives of company">[censored]</span> room. It's criminal.
