Buckingham Property Management review: Security deposit

i lived at fosters landing 3 yrs. i had a upstair apt . i had a left foot problem so the doctor told me i could not go up the stairs. i turned in a 30 day notice and a doctor statement. i moved out dec 8 2024 and still have not received my security deposit back yet. project manager did not do a walk through with me, did not take new address all she requested was the keys back which i gave her. she very rude i think that i deserve my security deposit back my address is 2800 s main st apt 407 new castle in 47362. phone is [protected]. madonna land
