Bubbles Hair Salon review: Service

As a longtime customer, I've never had an issue like this in my eight years of going to Bubbles but to say that my recent experience with company was anything less than a travesty and a complete insult to my patronage.

Today on December 11, 2020, I was having a service that I regularly have performed but tonight I was met with and disgusting behavior by your staff and attending customers. The stylist named Mimi and her client were both exhibited both very rude and despicable behavior. The service that I was getting was the Keratin treatment. I am aware of the effects of the product when it is heated. It produces a thick smoke that can be irritating, but I would like to point out that this is a product that your company advertises, so I would hope that you all would be aware of the effects it would cause. So, as I my stylist was blow drying and straightening my hair the product did produce a smoky effect, but to decrease that effect my stylist had the front door propped open. While it was good effort on my stylist part it still did nothing to deter the crass behavior from Mimi and her client. They were both rolling their eyes at me and whispering while still giving me rude looks. I felt extremely uncomfortable and I wanted to leave while still getting my hair done because of their insulting behavior. My stylist was very considerate and attentive when I voiced my concerns. She advised that she would contact her manager, who had already left for evening. When my stylist contacted her manager, Stephanie, her tone did nothing alleviate my concerns. Stephanie's impassive very inconsiderate tone really upset me. She was extremely condescending when I told her about her stylist and her client. She then said all I can do is talk to her and that's it. No apology or anything. I've been going to Bubbles for a very long time and I've paid for services that I ask for with no issue, but when confronted with disgusting behavior, I get belittled like it doesn't matter. That isn't right. I'm you all this so to better prevent and/or conduct any similar situation with better care.
