I thought the days of highly skilled professionals were over until I received a visit from a Bruin sales representative who really knew his business and presented me with high quality options for both windows and doors at varied price points. That was the beginning of an excellent experience. They worked with me to set-up installation times and then showed-up exactly when they said they would. The installation team worked efficiently, cleaned-up and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. I will be using them again, I am sure.

I have had worked with Bruin Corp of Framingham in two different homes. Back in 2018, I hired them to replace a rubber roof. They were one of the few companies that seemed able to do it. They did a great job. Recently, in my new house, I hired them to install a new front door and freshen up the outside of the house by adding new trim around the windows and replacing some of the siding. They did a very good job, were always professional and were very easy to communicate with. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to others.

I used Bruin to replace my home's Windows and Siding all in one after comparing them with two other local companies. The staff and team at Bruin was very helpful explaining all of our various options, discussing the tradeoffs between them, and in giving us examples of their work. Once the siding and windows were ready, Bruin's project managers were very helpful and flexible in getting the work scheduled and the team was diligent and efficient. In total, the project took about 5.5 days and the team was very considerate of our questions and needs. Certainly recommend.

The folks at Bruin Corp installed two sliding glass doors for me. Their salesman, John, was great with our many questions and came back several times to make sure our order was correct. Our order took a long time and this was because of the manufacturer, not Bruin. Sarah in the office was a great help in tracking down our order to find out where it was. Finally, the installation was quick and smooth. It was scheduled as a two-day job but they were able to complete it in a day, and they cleaned up nicely as well. I will definitely be calling Bruin back for my next project.

They kept their promise for the great work they promised to deliver. We are very satisfied with the time frame they provided to complete the work and the wonderful workmanship! Astonished result! I by faith choose to work with Bruin when we learned from them what to expect throughout the whole process and the price which is above our expectations. We hired a different contractor to install the storm door before and needs to be replaced. We thought if what we got does not match what we paid for, then we learn the hard way. It turns out we get what we paid for. Great quality, great work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We loved working with Bruin on getting new construction windows, a couple of replacement windows, some french door packages, a sliding door and a front door package. We had a large project and were very specific with the finishes, materials and details we were looking for. Bruin helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. It was easy to work with them as they were very responsive, patient during the planning and estimation process, and the install went very smoothly. We highly recommend Bruin for window/door needs and will work with them again in the future!

Everything about my experience with Bruin was superior: their on-site evaluation of my requested work was professional with no added sales pressure, the quote was sent promptly and was competitive with other firms, the prep and final measurement process to confirm the replacement window and doors order was scheduled as promised with a clear explanation of next steps, the ordered items arrived well within the estimated timeframe, and then the installation was performed by courteous and professional craftsmen who did a meticulous job and left my residence spotless ( they even cleaned the glass!). I commit to using use local contractors when ever I can and Bruin showed why they remain a reputable resource in this area for many years.

We are extremely pleased with the work done by Bruin Corp. We searched many companies and were impressed by the high rating that Bruin Corp had from prior customers. The representative that worked with us to provide a quote was professional, detailed oriented, and gave us a very reasonable estimate for replacing the siding on our house, 4 garage windows, and a new door. The crew that did the installation did a great job and there were no issues that we needed to raise. We were also pleased that they worked continuously until the job was done as we have worked with other companies in the past that would start a job and then be gone for a couple of weeks working on another job. I highly recommend Bruin Corp if you are thinking of replacing your siding.

we started our window project in April and our windows, except for 1 were installed in October. the crew that came to install the windows was awesome, lead by John who took the time to answer all my questions. Once the windows were in, John walked me around the house and showed me each window. it took a few weeks to get the last window but it was finally received in December. Come to find out we had some water damage to the area around this window. Bruin took the time to explain in detail how they would fix the damage to our house so they could install this last window. It only took 2 guys 1/2 a day to put the window, when it should have taken 2 days. Again, the guys explained everything before the work was done and after. I would definitely use Bruin again for another project.

Bruin is excellent in all ways -- from the beginning when the sales person visits, to the installation work, and in the end after the job is complete. And, the products that Bruin offers are excellent too. Bruin has replaced our two front bay windows with high-quality units, replaced our back double-door unit with a Provia unit, and added insulation in our attic. Everything has been done expertly and to our satisfaction, and Bruin really stands behind its work and the products it sells/installs. I wish I had found Bruin years ago because I could have used Bruin instead of the other companies that never really did the jobs right or stood behind their work/products. Everyone I have dealt with at Bruin has been honest and reliable. I will turn to Bruin for any new projects I have in the future.

WOW, it was a pleasure working with Bruin Remodeling Group from my first conversation with John Doe to his home visit with samples to my final order of 6 new windows. IT WAS A TERRIFIC experience. Everything was clearly explained, all documents were in plain clear language and all interactions with John Doe and Jane Smith (office staff) were quick, responsive and easy. I ordered the windows on January 5, 2022 with the understanding they would not arrive until perhaps April and not be installed possibly until May. The order did come in early and all 6 windows were installed ONE ONE DAY on 3/16/2022. The two-man installation team arrived right on time and their first task was to lay fabric from the entry door all along the first-floor hallway, up the staircase and into each of the 4 locations that windows were being installed. They were extremely careful of my space and my belongings and as they finished installing each window they vacuumed the entire area! The team was fast, efficient and very courteous. I cannot recommend the company highly enough and will definitely suggest them to anyone I am in conversation with that might be looking for new window installation.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience using Bruin to replace some windows in our house. Prices are reasonable vs the competition for similar, if not better, quality. Craftsmanship appears to be much better than that of Pella (our previously installed windows that had rotted out in

Back in 2019 Bruin Remodeling Group replaced our roof. The shingles, the sheathing, everything. The old roof was failing. Great work, timely, excellent experience with the Bruin folks. We were thrilled with the workmanship, look and hurricane-nailed shingles. No more leaks and lower heating bills. Then last year we had them come back and do it all over again. Why? A tree fell on the roof. A giant Norway Spruce. The great roof Bruin had installed was trashed. There were branches in the house, debris inside and out, and cold air coming through the holes. The prospect of snow loomed. Bruin did even better for us the second time around. [Name] and [Name] responded to our situation and streamlined the process and kept us informed the whole way. Bruin is great at starting and completing work on time. It can't be perfect because there's too much builders can't predict but Bruin comes darn close. We've tried other contractors, and they couldn't give our projects full attention or stay close to schedule. And somehow Bruin did even better on Roof II. Right on time, the same quality work, and again finished in one day this time including removal of emergency patches, plus joist repairs and full insulation. Not to mention working in cold weather and taking Covid safety measures. We should also mention that shortly before the first roof job Bruin replaced several windows for us. That excellent experience led us to hire Bruin for the roof. We are beyond satisfied and will call Bruin for our next project.

STAY AWAY FROM BRUIN CORP OF BRUIN REMODELING GROUP! Update, In October from the HIC License Board we learned that the contract the company uses does not comply with the state requirements for consumer protection. If you used Bruin and are not happy, file a complaint against their HIC license. In November at the CSL license hearing we learned that at least on our project, the building permit was applied for by the Construction Supervisor's License (CSL) holder and then he went on a 2 week vacation. While the building permit was still pending, Bruin went ahead with my roof project. Nobody with the required CSL license supervised the project, because they were on vacation. The resulting work did not meet code due to negligent application of roofing materials. I dealt with 10 months of Bruin belittling every claim I have ever made, the two hearing results above the truth that they did not want me to know. I dealt with the GM of this company doxing me for posting a negative and honest review on Bruin Remodeling Group and Yelp. She literally told people to come to my house and check out their superior workmanship, mentioning that the house itself and the gutters look like *asterisksbut that is me the homeowners fault. The company has showed up at my home and entering our property after we told them they were no longer welcome. They have showed up from and hung out in the road and taken pictures of us yelling at them telling them to leave. Oh... and Bruin is still suing me to be paid. STAY AWAY FROM BRUIN!
