Brookside Properties review: Managment and charges

This company manages The Taylor at 502, where I reside. The rent amount has gone up over $300 in the last year when they took over the property. Their Maintenace team does the bare minimum. We are charged over $120 a month for water! They charge us a facilities fee along with excessive water cost. Also, we are charges a pest fee, but pest control doesn't even come to the property unless a complaint is filed. We have roaches and mice! The pool has been closed for almost 2 weeks in the peak of summer. Because the management company is slow about everything except collecting rent. This place is a cash grab! They are profiting off of all the fees. Aside from rent there are over $300 a month in fees they are charging tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE! For $1800-$1900 a month you can have luxury apartments, and this place is not that.
