brit college teacher
My name is waheeda Khan student is H1002662 Hiya I studied in this college for two years and completed my HND in business and passed. End of July I applied of BAM the top up to get my degree the college called me for an interview I went in with id they asked for and completed my interview. The man that done my interview told me I passed and to go speak to a man called Ali who works for the college I went to speak to him and he told me to apply for student finance and wait for the start date. I waited but didn't get no reply I also kept ringing the college and after many attempts manage to speak to Ali and he was very rude in the way he spoke and told me to sit and wait. I called the college back last week to ask when will the college reopen I was told it would open on oct 1 2018 so I rang back yesterday 27 sept 2018 I asked again and they told me that my name is not on the list so I didn't get a space in the college I was so frustrated as I didn't understand the reasons on why they didn't tell me earlier and what was the reason for them to tell me to apply for student finance.
My student finance status is awaiting payment so I don't understand that how come the college accepted my student finance and trying to take my money and not allowing me to attend the college. I complained to the director of the college he got a man named AroZ Miah to call me and he told me I failed my interview. I don't see how this makes sense when I was told that I passed my interview handed in correct documents and was told to apply for student finance and only when I rang them they told me I don't have a space now I don't have enough time to apply elsewhere as they could of told me earlier I am really annoyed as they can't resolve this matter and made me feel like I have no choice to do anything in this matter can you plz help me thanks
why my passport haven't send till yet

My Visa Application under TIER-4 category was submitted at VFS Nagpokhari, Kathmandu Nepal on 29/10/2009 but i haven't got any response from the British High Commission.
Now my all academic documents and passport are with my application.
Please help me what to do next.
