I had money transferred to my Brio Direct account which is a online bank by Webster Bank. I planned on keeping the 50K in there for the interest that was 3.75%. But some unexpected things came up and needed the money back. Around Nov 9th 50k went into the account. I went into my account to transfer the 50k to my Charter Oak FCU account. Nov 10th they said would take up to 3 days for the transfer. On Nov 14th they said the funds couldn't be transfered and will go back into my account. They froze the account from anymore transactions not saying why and said it is under review. I called customer service and they only say it's under review and don't know how long it will take. My bank told me there was no pending transfer on the back end so Brio didn't send it. I have read others who have had the same problem. I when on my account you can see the funds but a few days later the account was not there. I sent a message on my account page they said the account is safe and how much was in it. Would never say anything but it's under review. Would not answer any othe questions. Later they blocked my account and couldn't login anymore. I messaged them through Facebook and they responded and said it was moved my issue to someone higher up. I DM them some more about what is going on and they blocked my DM's. They don't let anyone say stuff under there posts on Facebook anymore. So this is going on the 4th week of review. So i'm not happy and you wonder why they have such a low rating.
