Dear Sirs,
I am asking for a Refund of $250.00 a Holding Fee that was Paid by me for a (1) Bd + 1Bth on the 8-26-2025 at Bridge Water club Apts in Spring Hill FL 34607...
Please Find attached a Pdf File with all of the relevant documents pertaining to this Transaction. (1) Registration & Application on RentCafe re ConcordRent Forms... (2) Holding Fee $250.00 & Appl, Fee. (3) Scanned Uploads of my self and SSA and Pension Ins Ect. (4) Tour Appointment which I kept. I did go there to the Office and met with the Office Mgr, who stated that there was no Units to view/show and there was none available, and that I did Call to [protected]...Contact Support Team to update my application but, there was nothing she could do the application was Closed. In the Pdf File their are (5) Five Similar Cases almost to the exact letter to my Transaction.
Because they did not have a Unit available as they had advertised when I went there I am asking you to please get a Refund from them.
I look forward to your reply and getting a Refund from Concord rent and Bridgewater club Apts.
Please see attached Pdf. That was sent to them as a claim.
