I received charges for an unknown service. They do not pick up their phones, nor do they answer their emails. Had to file a charge back through my bank to get my money back.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I had the same problem Im worried about how they got my details!
Complete [censor] fraudsters I am a student and they caused me to go into debt I barely had any money to begin with anyway ... my bank has reimbursed me luckily
