Branded Surveys review: Locked out of my account

I've completed many surveys. I have 1369 points and I think 73 bonus points. I was on the app all day. I came back to laptop and it has a message saying I'm unable to do the surveys. I told many of family members about branded surveys and now I keep reading a lot of other people complaining they weren't able to cash out. I put time and effort completing these surveys and I would like my money. Even if I blocked from doing surveys I should be able to cash out the money I earned.
