Boss has failed to put up my Car Port, and they will not give me my money back, they deny having anything to do with me, but they took my money,,,Thank you again for choosing our company. on Aug 3 I ordered a building from Boss Buildings, they said that NC car ports would be putting it up, that it would be about 6 weeks before they came and put it up, and that they (NC car ports) was closer, I sent them NC Car ports the 996.30 $, After 12 weeks I called NC car ports, they said the reason they had not came is because I had not sent them in any pictures nor turned in any building permits, I told them no one had ask for any pictures, and in my county we do not need any building permits. they said that is was another Hawkins in Tn, they had no records of me, She told me I needed to get in contact with Travis with Boss building, he was the one I bought it from, I ask Travis for my money back so I could buy a car port from someone that was come and put it up, he said they did not give people their money back, that the building had already been manufactured, I said ok then come and put it up, he said he would check and see what the hold up was, and call me right back, 10 days later he had not called me, so I called him back, he still had no answers and he would not give me my money back. I want my money back, I fell like you are trying to scam me.

Boss Building was the CONTRACTOR on a retail store. We were the SUBCONTRACTOR. We worked overtime, day & night to get this job completed for them. Once it came time to pay- we were sent a partial payment which BOUNCED because it was written on a closed account. We were then sent another check, which bounced. Matt Taylor tried to blame it on his "Boss", but I looked at their corporate charter on-line and he IS the Boss.. the sole owner of this business. He is no longer taking our phone calls nor replying to emails.
