BookOnline review: Scam / deceptive company bookonline.com

Book Online is a scam. You mislead customers into believing they can "modify/change start check-/date" of an existing reservation by allowing the menu selection for same on your website with no intentions of ever actually making any modifications whatsoever! You create a fake ticket back to the customer via email indicating it was sent to the "offline escalation team" who are supposedly responsible for handing the reservation modification, but nothing ever happens! After repeated calls, emails requests (like this one), requested call backs for an updated status, Book Online only say's "it's pending with escalations team" and will not directly call this "escalation team" to expedite the reservation modification even past the 48 hour window of when it should have already been handled! It's not until days after full refund eligibility when Book Online then tells the customer that they must cancel the entire reservation and rebook and that they will not modify the existing reservation! A complete and total SCAM! I have notified my bank of fraudulent activity and will also file official complaints with the states and federal attorney general's office. Additionally, I will publicize via social media and other avenues of this associated SCAM by Book Online! A legitimate travel agency/online booking company would not treat their customers this way!
