BONITAS MEDICAL AID – BENEFITS SUSPENDED DESPITE PAYMENT, PUTTING A MEMBER’S LIFE AT RISK!

Despite contributions being paid and confirmed by Bonitas both telephonically and via email, my medical aid benefits remain suspended!

As a result, doctors' and hospital accounts are not being paid, and medical practitioners are refusing further treatment without payment upfront.

I am suffering from a life-threatening medical condition, and this situation is now preventing me from accessing essential medical care.

Numerous letters, emails and complaints have been submitted to Bonitas, including their Complaints Department, with NO RESPONSE OR RESOLUTION!

How can a medical aid justify withholding benefits from a paying member, especially when their life and health are at stake?

This is unacceptable! I demand immediate reinstatement of my benefits, settlement of outstanding valid claims, and an urgent written explanation from Bonitas.
