This office is horrible at communicating, full of excuses, and the only person there most of the time is the lady at the front desk. Evidently because no one else is there everything seems to fall on the plate of the front desk lady. As a renter, this whole process is annoying because there is no one you can talk to directly in regards of housing. Everything has to go the BSPM and when they don't answer their phone then what? Nothing, at that point you're just S.O.L. Dealing with this office is frustrating due to the inefficiency and ineffective management.
