In June I bought a replacement 'glass' for a four-cup cafetiere and was surprised to find it is plastic (although the ad was clear, it just never registered with me). Three months later, the are several vertical hairline cracks in it, and it sits there seeping coffee all over the worktop.
I spent £30 on it - half for the plastic thing and half for it to be delivered in a box the size of a microwave oven.
I can't find any info about how to return it.
very disappointed!
