I received noted device for Christmas and took it out of packaging for the first time just now in order to grind some coffee. I followed the instructions in the info booklet but the device will not power on. I have tried it in multiple confirmed electrical sockets but it will not power on.

As I have mentioned since IT WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT GIVEN TO ME December 25,2023. I do not have any receipts or knowledge as to where it had been purchased from.

I have added 2 photos below There is no visible Serial number indicated as such but it may be the 3621 at the bottom of factory label in pic 2

Desired outcome: I would like this device to work or replaced as it was sealed in factory packaging and low and behold it will not work!

It looks to me that you would have to turn the lid so that the slid that are the 'skinniest' goes to the back and then lock it. There are two other slids that goes into lock on the right and the left side. I had the same issue once I received mine. It will show a blinking light once you have it locked in the right way.
I know their customer service is not of much help, so I hope this will solve the issue.
