Item # 10608-10US, quantity: 4, Value: $89.90, Shipped via Canada Post. 2 cups were found broken. (One broken cup in each of the 2 boxes) The small Bodum boxes (2 cups each) and the large shipping box did not show any damage. (As if the cups were broken when they were placed inside the boxes).
Order # 1900160597, placed on September 1, 2025, Received September 6th. Reported the problem to Bodum on September 8, via their website's "Support" tab.
Received email confirming reception of "ticket" and that a representative will contact me. Sent a second message via the Support tab on September 16th. (And also a message to Bodum USA via their "Support" tab on their website.
Called the number for USA/Canada as shown on Bodum's website, (#1-212-367-8855). This number is for a fax machine !

Claimed loss: 2 cups, Total: $45 + tax

Desired outcome: Replace the two broken cups or refund 2 cups
