I came in just looking for cars not sure what I wanted and Tashia K came over and helped me right away! She was very friendly and let me ask a million questions. She even took me on several test drives with different cars to see which would be a fit for me.

Very good buying experience . I ordered a 2021 Escalade took awhile to get, but they stayed on it till it came in . Tashia Knox was ours sales representative she was very knowledgeable and at delivery took all the time we need to go over and explain the functions of the vehicle .

Me and my girlfriend came in looking for truck, unfortunately for our credit we didn't leave with a truck. We worked with Noah and he was very patient with us as we walked away with a GMC Terrain. The employees at bob allen did a great job but I did find some flaws with the vehicle once I got it home. The trunk of the vehicle is retaining water and I cannot figure out where it is coming from. If you go to bob Allen looking for a used car, just make sure you over look the vehicle pretty good because this slipped my eyes. Overall I had a great experience with the staff

This dealership advertises great prices with a lot of discounts. To qualify for the discounts you have to finance and trade another vehicle. They low ball you on the trade in and then tell you that the discount makes up for the low offer on the trade and that by trading in I would save the tax diffence, what a car salesperson comment. I was offered 5K lower that what Kelly Blue Book trade in value shows. Then they said they do not use KBB trade in values even though they claim to be stress free sales. KBB is not in business to give out trade in values that are that far off. I trade annually and know the difference. This car dealership gives other respectable dealerships the bad name of a poor car buying experience. Buyer beware of the bait and switch. Poor experience...
