I found the Yukon on Cargurus and inquired. Instantly received a message asking if I needed any information on the Yukon. We were up on a lease and were ready to get into something bigger because our kids are getting older. Long story short, in these unprecedented times I didn't feel comfortable seeing anyone in person so we discussed prices via email and phone. They were great to talk with and I turned out a very happy customer. Go to Woody, they are great to deal with!

I can not say enough about my positive experience working with Phil *** at Woody Buick. He always goes above and beyond to find the right vehicle that meets my needs. He makes the care buying process quick and easy, I was in and out within 45 minutes and left in my new vehicle! I just leased my 4th Vehicle through Phil at Woody Buick. They have outstanding customer service and I love the convenience of their valet service that they offer to their customers. I highly recommend Phill Parker!

This was the best car shopping experience for me and my wife. Gene Babb was the sales person and he did an awesome job! Gene was a very knowledgeable sales person with a lot of experience in the car selling business. Gene provided my wife and I with great customer service and was attentive to all our needs. The team at Woody Buick GMC is as good as they come. The owner, "Woody" came out and greeted me when I walked in and not only introduced me to my sales person, ***, but came back a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly. My salesperson, ***, was knowledgeable and made sure everything worked out the way I wanted it. Great place to purchase a car. The sales manager (Will) and finance manager (***) were first class as well. Best experience I have had purchasing a car.

Jake *** is an outstanding sales person who pays attention to the little things that matter. As an example we purchased a vehicle in 2014 and Jake always managed to call my wife over the years just to see if she needed anything. I just purchased a 2021 Yukon AT4 from Woody and we made sure Jake was on our list and had first dibs at retaining our business. When we arrived six years later Jake noticed us and remembered both our names. Needless to say, Jake has earned our business for as long as he is in the industry because he takes care of his people.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Woody ***. The sales agent who assisted me was ***. I cannot say enough about ***, he is a man of honor and integrity. He did everything he could to assist in the purchase of the vehicle to make sure all expectations were met. He is very thorough and very knowledgeable. He explained to me everything regarding the different features of my newly purchased vehicle. Have leased from Woody Buick GMC for the 3rd time now. Phil *** has been great in ensuring that I got the best deal for the vehicle that fits my needs. I'm a no nonsense car shopper. I like a dealer that isn't afraid to show a great deal and then willing to deal off of that. Woody is very aggressive with their pricing. Couple that with an equally no nonsense salesperson and I'm buying. That is Woody Buick GMC. I had an awesome shopping experience. Brian ***, the Woody salesperson, was fantastic. He asked the right questions, understood where I was coming from, and never pressured me. He was knowledgeable and went to bat for me when it came to pricing. I felt extremely comfortable with him and in the end the process went very smooth.

My husband and I were greeted by salesman Brandon *** He asked us what car we were interested in. We told him that we were on the Woody website and saw a Encore GX that we liked. Brandon took down some information that he needed before we took the Encore for a test ride.There was pressure and the purchase took no time at all. Brandon then took the time after we purchased the Encore GX to make sure that we knew everything about SUV. It was a pleasant experience . I would recommend Woody Buick-GMC and ask for Brandon ***. I had a great experience at Woody BGMC! This is my second vehicle from Woody. Didn't really need to negotiate with an honest dealer. Phil Parker is the sales Rep. that I have been dealing with. He knows the vehicles inside and out. He was able to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Phil, 90% of my purchase took place over the phone and was easy. Phil explained everything I needed to send him. When I got to the dealership my vehicle was parked upfront ready to roll. The finance department made things easy as well... very friendly and helpful. Wasn't sure if I was really ready to buy, but *** made the process so easy and provided so information about the new 2021 ***, that I was truly impressed by his demeanor, his family friendly attitude and and his no pressure at all presentation. ***, I am totally thankful for all your help and your assistance. This new 2021 *** that I purchased came loaded with so many options, that I don't have enough time to list them. Most importantly, *** made it all possible. I now have a friend and family with ***. I sold my car to *** at Woody Buick almost 2 months ago. I understand standard procedure is the dealership pays out after they received the title. I received notification that they received the title less than 2 weeks after it was sold. I have attempted to contact *** for an answer for weeks now. Ill call you back, I never received those calls. I spoke with the General Manager, *** and yet again, Ill call you back after the weekend. I never received any calls back or notification from anyone there. When I spoke with *** yesterday, he LIED and accused me of changing my delivery address 3 times. The text message correspondence says differently. I dont know what you want me to do, Im not apart of that department. It is one thing if the check was delayed. Its another thing for someone to lie in your face and say it was my mistake. That is exactly how I know either he or someone in that dealership dropped the ball. I thought that ***, *** and Woody Buick would have some type of work ethic and integrity but clearly that is not the case. I am completely dissatisfied with their service especially for lying to me. The proof is in the messages.
