ON 7 NOV [protected]@08:00 AM. I took my BMW 540i to get a rim fixed. I have a dent wizard warranty on my vehicle. I told the service advisor Mark Blair that I will be waiting in customer waiting area for my vehicle. I told him I have to be at work by 3:00pm he said I will be finished before this time. I get an email from dent wizard with a case number for my claim of my wheel repair around 08:29am. The service advisor Mark Blair or Service manager Michael Mayer never came out to give me any status on my wheel repair. I get up and go outside around 10:30am my BMW is finished with the wheel repairs. I am waiting till after the service advisor when to lunch and came. Still no updated for either one. I get up and go to counter and asked Service advisor is there a problem with my warranty. The service dept was not even busy that morning. I got fed up with this type of disrespectful service and I said I will pay for my repairs, because I not sitting here until 3:00pm when my car repairs were completed around 10:30 am. He said That no one has ever waiting on 1 rim to be repaired ever at their dealership. I left dealership and I call dent wizard and they said they were awaiting pictures from BMW of Columbus since 08:29 after the first talking with them on the phone. No pics were sent to dent wizard. But service manager told me authorized them to repair the rim. The service manager told me that they service depart is the best BMW service in Georgia. I told the service manager that I will not be bring any of my BMW vehicle to get any type of service from them. Service manager, Michael Mayer do whatever, because nothing is going to be did about this. This was the worst service dept, I ever received from any BMW in the United States and Hawaii. Something need to be did on this disrespect to customer. I still have not received any of my money back for this repair. The case number was# [protected], with customer rep Mrs Tayna Neustrom at Dent wizard customer support.

Desired outcome: I would like the owner of BMW of Columbus to call me and explain to me why I got so disrespectful treatment from your service dept manage and service advisor.
