On October 31 I ordered a taxi from 805 Jonson Street to 230 Cook Street, I have been taking a taxi all week and no complaints other than this driver charged $1.01 additional Fees? For what I don't know or understand, they were not on time and drove me to the address, I always give a tip, but if I had known they charged me an additional $ I would not have.

Claimed loss: I don't want it back but I think it's not cool to charge additional fee to a passenger as the were not on time?

Desired outcome: Let drivers know that they cannot cheat the public and charge additional fees for a normal drive
