Excellent costumer service. Very personal service. They did not deviate from the quote, and the price was less than expected. The quality of work was excellent, the roof looks perfect. No leaks were detected after several rain storms. Replacement of Rotted trim and facia wood was replaced at no extra charge. Work was completed very quickly after permits were obtained. Very happy with the roof.

I used Complete Roofing Solutions to tear down the chimney and patch the roof. My project went so smooth right from project management to communication and finally with the installation/repair. The back office team members were really great and updated me through out the process and the installation/repair guys were experienced and very detailed. Thank you guys for an awesome job and keep up the good work.

Family owned business - what's not to love about that?! George and Joseph (father/son) were both professional and responsive to all my questions and needs - a rare combo these days. Notice a leak happening from the recent storm that came through. I called them up and Joseph was able to come out to take a look within a day. They sent 3 men to do the job which was extremely quick - like less than an hour! Highly recommend

They did a great job keeping me apprised of any delays in materials and walked me step by step through the procedure. No hidden fees or costs and the roof looks great. I have been having problems with a leak in my roof for over a year, i have had at least 10 other professionals tell me that it's coming from my window. Then a young man named Joey came out, and after no more than 15 minutes make a diagnosis, come up with a solution and soon after resolve my problem. As a doctor in the community who has seen almost 80,000 patients, I recognize professionals. This company from owner to installer, were absolutely fantastic, responsible and respectful!

We contracted with Complete Roofing Solutions to put a new roof on our home in 2014. They did an outstanding job...didn't leave a mess, etc. Recently, we called and asked them to come out and look at an area for us to see if there was a concern. The representative from Complete Roofing Solutions was here on time and he showed that the area is NOT an issue with the roof. Both the representative (who is a 4th generation of this family-owned company) and our office contact are professional, friendly, and caring. We highly recommend this local company!

We had a large, complex roofing job, requiring participation by the West Palm Beach Historic Preservation office for input an materials. Being a church building there was also coordination with the Board of Directors. We interviewed over 10 contractors, and chose CRS due to the meticulous attention to detail given by Mr. Jacobazzi.

The roof, including evaluation, tear off, equipment staging, material delivery, and re-roofing were carried out with minimal inconvenience, and we were kept apprised of progress for each step.

After a major headache with a previously highly recommended roofer, I did my own research and was lucky enough to find CRS. By far the most responsive, professional and nice of the several contractors I contacted. While it was a minor job, they treated me as an important customer. I actually stopped into their office to pay for the job as I was in the area and the staff could not have been nicer. George, the owner, even took a significant amount of time explaining to me, the process by which they install a new roof. And, again, mine was a very minor repair. Definitely highly recommend and will be using them when I need my roof replaced.

Also, a big thank you to Mark the Field Supervisor and Ashley the Office Administrator for such great customer service. I was delivered the new roof I was promised and the time I was told. The Roofing Crew did a great job and worked very hard even staying to complete sections during heavy rain periods. Mark the Field Supervisor, checked each section of the job daily to ensure everything was done correctly. They did an excellent job and cleaned better than my son's maid does. We had an excellent experience from quote to completion! Joe came out to look at the house and what was involved with replacing a 20 year old roof. His knowledge was incredible and easily explained our options and his recommendations. We committed and signed the contract days later.

The work was done a couple of months later as it took a while for the supplies to become available and due to their heavy work load! The whole job top notch in all regards, from the tearing off of the existing roof, to the paper and then shingles. We also had a chimney housing replaced and an attic fan installed, both done beautifully! I highly recommend them if you are in need of a new roof or repairs! Complete Roofing Solutions, Inc. is a local family-owned, licensed and insured roofing company that provides exemplary service and customer support to their clients. From my very first phone call to inquire to the completion of the final county inspection they were readily available to answer any questions or provide service. We were thrilled with their timely response to our request for a quote, the pricing, and the professionalism of their crew, both inside and out of the office. They worked as a team to tear off the old shingles, repair plywood decking and fascia where needed and install new secondary water barrier, eave drip and shingles quickly and up to code. The crew was exceptionally polite and cleaned up their work and surrounding area on our property thoroughly each day end. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

I am not someone who typically writes reviews, however, during this time in quarantine with us all fighting the spread of the COVID-19 virus, I feel obligated to share good news and positive stories about my experiences with local companies and services that restore our faith in the human spirit. Complete Roofing Solutions raises the bar and is an example for
all companies to follow in their customer service manual. I recently contracted with them for a roof repair after doing a careful search of local South Florida Roofing contractors. Their work and experience for the past 20-30 years was spot-on with great reviews across the board. And like many other reviews stated, Joseph J., son of the company President George J., showed up on time and gave me an honest and professional assessment of my roof leak. He pointed out a key detail to me that was not observed by the adjuster and appraiser before him and could save me a substantial amount of money. That kind of knowledge and honesty only comes from great experience and skills. But it doesn't end here...due to personal events, I was forced to suspend my plans and asked to be released from my repair contract for which I had already paid a substantial deposit. After discussing the details of my situation, George J. refunded my entire deposit. This is a professionally run company managed by a class act. They understand the letter of the law vs the spirit of the law. The letter of the law is what the law states; the spirit of the law is a social and moral consensus of the interpretation of the letter. The quality of their work is matched by the quality of this family run professional company. I highly recommend that anyone repairing or replacing their roof review their work and consider them as a first option. Five Stars! Excellent Customer Service, Excellent Communication, Excellent listening skills, and absolutely professional... In this day and age Customer Service, Communication, listening to their customer and executing accordingly are a lost art. The entire team at Complete Roofing Solutions (CRS) are amazing.

When we started looking for a contractor, we did what we normally do. We looked at all the roofing companies in the area and see who had the best feedback. We then proceeded to get a quote from three different companies.
PRICE WISE ALL THREE COMPANIES WERE WITHIN $200 DOLLARS OF EACH OTHER.
So then how do you choose which company to go with?

- Go with the one that sounds like a used car salesman, bragging about how much better their company is then everyone else and how they do stuff that no one else does?

- Go with the one that will only communicate via text message and doesn't even want to come out to see your roof.

- Or go with CRS who answers your call the first time, shows up early for the estimate, explains what their company can do without bashing every other roofer in the area, and explain all the ins and outs of installing a new roof.

After consideration the answer was easy! Complete Roofing Solutions!
The other contributing factors that we made our decision were the following:
1. CRS did not start a job until they had all the materials ready to go. - This means that they had the shortest time where our roof was exposed to the elements while being unfinished
2. CRS progressed as the days allowed - meaning they did not take off your old roof and leave it exposed, they would only take off what they could waterproof and leave the rest protected if it looked like it was going to rain.
3. Early on we mentioned that we have small children and they like playing in the yard barefoot. The last thing we need is debris (wood, shingles, nails) to be left in our yard during and after the project which could end up in the foot of one of our little ones. We have found a total of 5 nails... that's it. JUST 5. Take a look to see how many nails come off of a house when they take off the old shingles.

From the beginning they let us know that supplies (due to the pandemic), permitting (due to the pandemic), and weather (sometimes I wish I could blame the pandemic) were making things more difficult and taking longer than usual.
We made our deposit at the end of April, and the permit was submitted quickly. The permits were not approved by the county until Mid-July (Pandemic strikes again).
CRS started work on Thursday July 22nd, and at 8am sharp, continued to work through Friday. Again, they showed up at 8am sharp and worked all through the day. By the end of Friday, we were what they called "Dryed in" meaning the roof was waterproof but did not have shingles on it yet.
The week of July 26th had a lot of rain in my neck of the woods. Not just regular rain but severe thunderstorms. This stalled the project quite a bit for two to three days, but when it wasn't raining, and even when it was, the CRS crew was on site working to get our house complete. By Friday July 30th we had our final inspection from the county and the project was complete!
