I just had American One do my roof and they did a bang-up job. The price was right and the work was top-notch. They got it done real fast and they were super helpful with all my questions. Overall, they were just great to work with. Big thanks to these guys.

We had a water leak/mold problem in a building we oversee and when I contacted them (Mr. Rafael P.), they handled everything (Mold inspection, mold remediation, debris removal, cleaning, painting, etc). They gave us all the services at a really good price. The whole job was done in under a week, perfect and very professional.
The whole team was friendly, wearing the company uniform, masks, gloves, etc.

AmericanOne Roofing is a great company run by Mr. Rafael P., who is the owner and has high standards and ethics. Rafael and his team came to our house and garage using a special computer program to measure the buildings accurately. This helped them calculate the exact amount of materials needed for a cost estimate that we couldn't refuse. AmericanOne has different teams for removing old materials, replacing damaged wood, installing underlayment, and installing new roofing materials. They also have a team that repaints facia and walls if they get dirty. Each team has cleaners who make sure to pick up any nails or old roof materials that fall to the ground. They clean up all the debris at the end of each day. Rafael does a great job getting permits from the county and scheduling inspections. He also assigns a county specialist to complete the wind mitigation report. The result was a beautiful and durable roof that can withstand Florida's toughest storms. Rafael kept every promise he made to us. We are completely satisfied with the work and the workers who were on our property. They were all polite and earned our respect.
