I kept telling the person that I wear hearing aids and could not understand what they were saying so please switch me to someone else. The person not only had a poor command of the English language, she also talked through her nose which made it even more difficult. I asked her to spell what she wanted or needed so that I could pay my bill as it was past due. I never received the initial bill (assuming they sent one) because our mail service has been really bad lately. I received a past due notice so tried to pay it online and could not do that either. I am 87 so I assume that Blue Cross just does not want me as a customer.
Recommendation: If you can find a company that works for you besides Blue Cross, choose the other company
