ISSUE:
I work in a BPO as a Manager and I don't have any idea as to when my package will arrive. Now, 5 days ago, I received a call from your company about the delivery of my items and I wasn't aware about 2 attempts of missed calls since I was asleep that time. Now, that time I received your text message I immediately responded about picking up my order and the payment is ready at home. Until I realized now, when checking the status of my shipment it was RTS or Return To Sender, thus affecting my account status.
You guys so [censored] and so lazy. I keep on calling your number everyday and ask where is my package but now you guys putting my account in harm. I did not refuse the package nor decline the delivery.
