binance user doesn't care at all
My money was lost, I wrote a binance ticket for it. I haven't received any response for 2 days. I have not received any response to the tickets I have sent before.

Could please anyone provide some insight? Is this company still active?
I want to know where they are located and how reiabl they are.
Actually, they just don't seem to be like this.
In particular as there's no contact details. They say "for non-account-related communications, join our online communities..." and provide a list of social network.
Facebook, Reddit, Steemit, Medium, Instagram. They regularly update it and have thousands of subscribers.

Twitter hasn't been updated since February 2018. In all other cases people have to use a contact form, I suppose. That's all.
Anyway, it's very strange to contact a company that tends to be reliable through social media. Yes, it's the 21st century, everybody does it, but there should be a dediated customer support, there should be a phone number. And of course, is their real loation a secret?
I was scam about $20,000 on a bitcoin trading site online, and i have been purchasing bitcoin with binance and they never ask me why i was buying a huge amount of bitcoin, That was how i lost my money because of binance insecurity. But thank God i came across a recovery expert who helped me get back all the money i lost from those scammers.
