Bilt Rewards review: Bilt is awful.

Unfortunately, my current rental situation is set up through Bilt to pay my rent. I haven't been able to pay rent through this app in the two months I have lived in this apartment. The app won't allow me to set up to autopay through my bank account. My rent was almost late after I was reassured last month that this faulty, clunky process was just complicated due to me just moving in and getting everything set up. I can't talk to a human being to get this resolved. I can't get anything fixed, resolved, or even explained, because it's an AI app. I am going to ask my landlord to delete my Bilt account and just pay rent without it. If the intent of this app is to frustrate renters, leave them without any answers, and make thing needlessly complicated, your mission has been fulfilled.
