Bilt Rewards review: Paying rent and trying to get ahold of customer service

This is now two been two months of incorrect billing. Bilt is taking money out of my account without my permission. There automatically paying bills without my consent. My building is telling me I'm in control of paying my rent and prorating myself with the concessions. but built is taking it out on the 1st of the month and it's not clear on the statements between the building and Bilt payment history what your balance is and what has been paid and what hasn't been paid. It's very confusing if you're supposed to manage and prorate, you're really have no control. Which is pretty [censored]ed up. that my money that is being tossed around without my permission and i don't have it on auto pay. on top of that I paid with a debit card and got charged and extra $157 dollars, there was no disclaimer when i was checking out to pay rent that i would be charged that. then i showed my leasing office and it still didn't show up so now I got charged 300+ extra dollars to prove to them they system is messed up. then they basically are saying it's not their problem. on top of that my concession is gone an entire months' rent. I want my money back!

Claimed loss: my concessions is missing from my account and i was charged a fee that there was no disclaimer on my end. I paid with a debit card so i should have gotten charged either way.

Desired outcome: I would like my two charges refunded to me for the month of March 2026. So that i can acutely see what my credit was and pay my rent correctly
