Bilt Rewards review: Bilt rent payment

With Bilt 1.0, I paid my monthly payment to my condo association through Bilt, and the payment went through my Bilt Mastercard, and I paid it. This month, the same payment was debited from my checking account without my knowledge, causing me to overdraw my account. My cash flow has been seriously affected.
And, I was looking forward to adding my mortgage payment to Chase to the Bilt platform. The first screen says "Pay through my Bilt card". The second screen says "Payment through my linked checking account"
I've also had three charges declined, although there is unused credit in my account of $14,000+.
What is going on? Why did everything change? Mr. Jain said the 1.0 to 2.0 transition would be seamless. It has been anything but seamless. And I supposedly am a Platinum level cardholder. I would have hoped to be treated better than this.
