Billshark — "lowering" my internet bill
Signed up for Billshark through Acorns around 11/18/18. Uploaded my already low internet bill as it was the only one I had that qualified. I have never once made a late payment on the account since I opened it in October 2017. Billshark shows my "old" monthly rate and my "new" monthly rate as being exactly the same as they've always been. Yet they are claiming to have gotten me a "credit" for $194 in late fees and trying to charge me $77 for doing so! I had NO "overdue balance"! So much for no risk involved! I can't even figure out how to call the company to have them fix this or cancel my account!
