Technician was exceptional in his knowledge and professionalism concerning all my restoration concerns. He explained very thoroughly all the detailed work needed to be done. His team were very respectful and displayed the highest standards of quality work. He is an integral part of the team.

On a day in June, a worker from Bill Howe Plumbing, Inc came to fix a plumbing issue with our clogged bathtub. He said he would snake it and for $82, which was the price with my coupon for drain service, he would solve the problem. After he tried, he told me he couldn't fix it, the bathtub was still clogged, and now it would cost $550 minus the $82 and an additional 10% discount from another coupon, which is $55, to fix the problem. He assured me that this would clear the clog. I trusted him and said he should go ahead with the repair.

Later, he called again to say he still couldn't fix it and now the cost would be around $2,000 to $3,000 because they needed to remove the toilet and tear down the bathroom flooring, even use a jackhammer to reach the pipes. He promised again that this would fix the problem. Each time he promised a solution, the price went up, and I paid, but the problem remained.

I had no more trust in Bill Howe Plumbing to do the service as they said they would. I spoke with a manager from Bill Howe Family of Companies, but she did not help me. She only said they could send someone else to look at it, but I would have to pay about $2,975 just to find the clog.

I also sent an email to their support but got no reply. I can show the email if needed. After two promises from the plumber that the problem would be fixed and paying more each time, my trust in the company was gone. Now, four of us at home are still using buckets to empty the clogged bathtub after every shower. I spent $483.19, which should have been only $413 after the discounts, and still have a clogged drain.
